Our chef, Alain NICOLET, propose you twice or three times a week his provencal menus for dinner, prepared with fresh products of this colourfull region. The famous wine of the "Côtes du Rhône" will accompany these typical regional plates. These culinary moments will pass by candellight in an intimate atmosphere.

Take the time to try typical regional dishes and to sample the finest French cuisine in the area surrounding the hotel. To find the menu of your choice or to have a true dining expierence we will recommend places that we know personally. Of course, we will make bookings for you if you so wish.

Before you go off on your culinary adventures, we will be happy to offer you a before-dinner drink, or, when you return, perhaps a glass of wine or a liqueur under the great plane tree or by the fire.
